What to Expect
We'll begin with a comprehensive assessment of your goals, lifestyle, and any specific challenges you may be facing. We use this information to build out your entire program.
We start out by working on the foundational habits of health. These need to be in place for every human, regardless of whether they are trying to lose weight or not.
Then we dive into what I call "Eating Skills", our habits and routines around food. After that we get into actual Nutrition. It is important as a healthcare traveler to develop eating skills, since we can't always control the food we eat.
Our beliefs and our identity will determine what actions we take, and how much WILLPOWER those actions will take. Ignoring this side of our health and wellness journey is what causes most people to fail. This is what we do on our coaching calls.
You will have regular check-ins and coaching calls with your coach to review progress, make adjustments to your program, and address any questions or concerns. This happen every 1-2 weeks, but you actually have unlimited coaching calls on this plan, so we could do twice a week if needed.
Your coach will be available to provide guidance, motivation, and support throughout your coaching engagement. Most people fail because they give up right when they are about to succeed.
